About Us

It started at a middle school track meet

Hydrate to Thrive began with a simple observation and a refusal to look away.

While volunteering at middle school track meets, our founder Kenya kept noticing the same thing: children arriving without a reusable water bottle. On the hottest days of the Mississippi summer, kids were sharing cups, skipping water, and pushing through headaches and fatigue that no child should have to power through.

Hydration isn't a luxury — it's the foundation of a child's ability to focus, play and stay well. So Kenya started collecting bottles, then adding education, then building partnerships with camps, schools and churches. That grassroots effort became Hydrate to Thrive.

Today the initiative pairs every bottle with knowledge: how much water a growing body needs, how to recognize dehydration and heat exhaustion, and how small daily habits build a healthier life.

One bottle can change a day. Healthy habits can change a life.
